In my first term I undertook issues important to me and those that by and large represent the concerns of my District. The attached spreadsheet indicates that I was directly involved as an Author, Co-Author or Supporting Author on 31 bills. I was told that as a first term Representative, I might have my name on two or three bills that could be signed into law. I want to extend a thank you to each person involved in getting these bills over the finish line.
I am pleased to report that 17 of these bills were signed into law, 4 were vetoed by the governor and we will reintroduce 10 bills in our next legislative session. Click below for a complete listing of bills.
